Hand carved from Mahogany & Flame Maple. Lollar Low Wind PAF-like pickups. Brazilian Rosewood Board. Just 8lb-2oz. This Tele-Paul style brings clarity with boom at a price you’d pay for a stamped out bolt-on. Is it a LP?…no…not boomy in the bottom end. This guitar has a fat full bottom and mid and nice clear highs. It sits together in the mix and holds its place. It FEELS like a guitar should with a nice thin nitro finish. Neck profile just a tad shallower than a ’59 burst…but not thin and NO not a ’60 (that’s always the trick question). These are impossible to find new (good luck ordering one) or used. This nonsmoking instrument is available but won’t last.
