Hand Selected (Orignally By Dave’s Guitar Shop) because it resembled one of the bursts in the Beauty of the Burst Book. This one has it all. Aniline Dye. Hide Glue. Light Weight at a perfect 8lb-8oz. YES it has the Tags and CERTIFICATE. It has the pickguard in case (and the extra control cavity cover). Original Hard Case too.
The pickups are Custom Buckers (original of course). It is from a nonsmoking environment and was lovingly cared for by one of my best clients.
They say the best Gibsons come without the guards installed. This one has a top that is stunning while not looking like an Easter Egg (as Mike Stevens would say). I have a world of respect for Dave’s Guitars…if they say it’s a good one that’s good enough for me.
